Quick fixes

Audio won't play

Make sure your device isn't on silent and the volume is up, then check that you're online or that the reciter is downloaded for offline use. If a track stalls, close and reopen the player, or re-download the surah.

Qibla direction looks wrong

The compass sensors need calibrating. Move away from metal and magnets, then slowly move your phone in a figure-8 a few times until the reading settles. Also confirm that location permission is enabled so the direction is calculated for your place.

Restore reading, bookmarks, or downloads

If you're signed in, your bookmarks and progress sync automatically — just sign in again on the new device. Content can be re-downloaded anytime, free of charge, from the same screen.

Free up space

Open the downloads screen to see what's saved offline and remove what you don't need. Your reading position and bookmarks stay even if you remove a download.
